This was my first experience trying Ruby Sunshine. I just happened upon it and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the Classic Pancakes with a side of Applewood Bacon and a regular coffee. These were some of the best pancakes I have ever had. They were so moist and delicious that I didn't even put syrup on them. The bacon was good, not too greasy and cooked perfectly. The coffee was a medium roast and was well balanced. I will definitely be coming back with friends to try their beignets.

Very good, one of the most delicious Ruby Sunshine's out there. Fresh tasting chicken. The place to go on Saturday and Sunday, the biscuits are good. You can't go wrong with the pancakes.

I finally got to try Ruby Sunshine for breakfast after hearing so much about it!🙌 While I had to send the biscuit back a few times because it wasn't quite right, the rest of the food was promising. 😁The grits needed a bit more heat, but the fish was perfectly hot and delicious. I would have loved a larger portion, but overall, I enjoyed my meal. Despite a few hiccups, I'm excited to return and explore more of their menu!👍

Kaylee R- the absolute BEST. Sit at the bar and watch her sling drinks like the Wild West. She has a knack for knowing what people might like and engages with all of her customers. She made me an amazing boozy sugar cookie and my mom had the mimosa flight. Super fun time!!!!

This is now the 3rd location I have been too and the food and service continue to be wonderful!

I tried an item on their seasonal menu - the Hot Honey Chicken and Sprouts over Gouda grits.

That dish was an absolute pleasure! Manny was also fantastic! I love that this local chain continues to be stupendous! BRAVO!

Had a wonderful meal there today, the Spanish omelet and the Costa Rican plate were very authentic.

Service was fast and friendly. Definitely would return based on the service alone. Katie was so sweet. The food was good enough. The bacon was average (not bad though, just your typical diner bacon), the grits and breakfast potatoes were pretty good, and the biscuit and pancakes were really good. The pancakes were my favorite; crispy edges and fluffy center. So good! The omelet left a lot to be desired. It lacked flavor and was overcooked, so the eggs were kind of rubbery. The mimosa flight was pretty, but only 2 of the flavors (blueberry lavender and watermelon pomegranate) actually tasted like the names. The other two (blue orange and pineapple peach) just tasted like sparkling wine. The estaurant is your typical diner atmosphere with a bar added. It was clean, but you could tell it's been well used and receives lots of TLC. Definitely a decent choice for breakfast when you're in town and on the go.
