I started storing some items here in 2017 while recovering from a flood, and I ended up keeping the unit for over five years. Sheila has always been really friendly and helpful for me, and it's nice to have someone like her in charge of the place. In my opinion, this is a great location to store things even if you're not in Brookshire because you can get a much better price per square foot than a lot of the facilities around the Katy area, and it's easy to get to. I recommend it completely.

Mrs. Sheila, Is the best mgr. I have been storing my stuff at their facility for 3 years and I have never had a problem. I never worried about my mom's furniture EVER because I knew it was safe .

Great location for anyone in Katy and surrounding areas. Storage at a fair price with great service. The units are clean and well maintained and you get 24hr access to your stuff. Whenever there were billing problems (like a card expiring), they call to sort it out straight away, which was great.

This facility is always clean, well-lit, and great access. The office manager Ms. Sheila is always friendly and works efficiently to address any problem if anything arises. The facility offers a variety of options at affordable rates compared to other facilities. I have stored inside Houston city limits and can't beat the rate, accommodations, or access that Royal Storage offers. Great deals and great staff!

Great customer service and very reasonable prices. They returned my initial call within in an hour, and had me signed up for my trailer space in less than 30 minutes. All the terms were clearly explained, and they took the time to walk me to site and give me some tips on how to store the trailer. Well worth the extra bit of driving from Katy.

Shelia is the absolute best! She knows the laws and the ins and outs of the storage business, very professional and compasionate. The price is so good, a 10x20 else where was $225 I got one with the royal storage of Pattison for $105! Amazing price, clean unit and easy access, and great customer service!!

Good morning I give a 5 STAR review to Royal Storage of Brookshire & Pattison for the following reasons Ms.Sheila is an Awesome Office Mgr. she is very professional and very pleasant and always willing to help.The storage faculity property ground is always clean, Ms. Sheila office is always neat and clean she gives 100% customer service when on the telephone and helping you while in the office at the same time.
As a parent and Business (Long Haul Enterprise Co.Inc.) it always my pleasure to see Ms. Sheila she helps in many ways in supporting the Students at Royal High School.
