When I arrived at Roush’s to pick up my food trailer, I had some problems with communication from the company I purchased from. I am a single mom starting over, and because I had to haul the cargo back home alone (a total of 22 hour drive in two days) to get back before my children’s first day of school, time was of the essence and I was feeling frustrated and helpless. Despite my logistical situation likely being outside of Roush’s policy and protocol, Mike was patient and willing to work with me and my situation, and got me on the road quickly and seamlessly. He even gave me advice on less trafficked routes to take home. Honestly, he was a godsend for me in the moment and I would recommend his company to anyone needing their services.

I had an order delivered today—-a Hydrow, so a rather large order. The young man was extremely nice and I moved all that I was instructed to move. The man who did the actual delivery—Willie Harris, is what he told me—was extremely rude. There was plenty of room to move it to the space I made, as I was asked, and he said he wouldn’t do it because he didn’t want to be liable for scratching my porch—although the item was already on the porch. The front door was completely blocked so I said to please move it to the space I had made for it. I went inside for a second to grab a tip, but as he and the young man were walking away, I could hear Willie talking about me in an extremely negative way, and that isn’t a way to treat customers at all. I made the space I was asked to make, it fit perfectly, he didn’t want to push it in, for whatever reason even though I said it was okay, not a problem. I also provided pictures of the delivery as well. I really hope this company does better in the future.

Terrible and unpredictable customer service! Owner is very rude and had the nerve to tell me, "Don't order from online if you cannot be home to receive your item." They Do Not deliver past 3pm. I explained to them I can only get off at 4pm they refused to work with me. The owner even stated that "He can sign the delivery and leave" my $2700 package out on my front door and has done this before. Then due to unusual circumstances I was able to be home and he sends the delivery guy out by himself to deliver a package that says it takes 2 people to deliver. I had to help the delivery guy bring this awkward and heavy package into my home. I will never use this terrible business again.

I was very pleased with Roush's services. I had a huge and heavy BBQ island to be delivered and they were very courteous and careful with my delivery. They even inserted the grill into the island for me. The boss (owner?) Mike came out personally to make sure the job was done right and contrary to a review below I found Mike to be a real gentleman. I would use them again anytime.

I was delivering to this place, and they are not very nice especially the white guy in the office... They don't value your time at all... Don't come here before 10:00 a.m. for deliveries... Anyways came at 8:00 a.m. left 11:45... Almost 4 hours
