At 6:00pm There is a white lady with tattoos on her arm, very rude, really bad attitude. She shouldn’t be at the shipping desk handling paperwork for drivers. Not happy with her service, giving a bad image to Ross company.

Inbound line is slow. Only room for one truck at the guard shack so everyone is lined up in the middle of the street to make the wide turn.

I was a live unload here. I showed up about 20 mins before my 0800 appointment. Getting here is…odd. There are a lot of “no trucks allowed” roads that everyone seems to ignore. Once you get near the DC in Perris you’ll find me up turning down Globe to go around the back of the DC. At the end of the Globe you’ll turn right. You HAVE TO SWING WIDE. Seriously that’s not a joke. It’s tight here and I almost realized how tight the entrance was too late. I had to stop for a second and try and decide if I had enough to clear it or if I was going to have to back it up.

You don’t need to give the guard your bills, they just ask for your license. Yes the drop and hooks have to have the letter. I don’t know why that’s such a big deal. This isn’t the only warehouse that does that. And it’s posted very clearly at the shipping office door and inside. This is a busy warehouse for its size. And it’s a bit tight. It’s doable, but when you’re trying to dodge yard drivers, other drivers who don’t care, and people dropping and hooking almost directly across from your dock…it’s a bit hectic. Definitely take your time.

Listen, I can’t say enough about the office ladies. There is this sweet lady at the main window who has been there for 40 years. She is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. And I’m pretty sure some of those local drivers will put you in your place if you disrespect her. She will take good care of you. There is no reason to be mean to her. For some reason I was a month late for my appointment (?). They got me squared away and out in under 2 hours. I would go back any time.

Very tight. Wish there was more space. Yardies and staff are great.

Easy in easy out, nice employees. Big lot.
Beware beware. Turn very wide at entrance gate. 53' trailers turned normally will hit metal poles....be careful during darkness

If you like extremely tight parking for trailers and one of the most asinine numbering systems I've ever seen, you're going to love this place, the letters next to the numbers are totally unnecessary. And if you forget that letter next to the number when you go tell them where the trailer is which is also totally unnecessary you have to go back and get the letter, ridiculous, Ross have two or three people at the guard shack to check in and check out everything going to another office once you're in is really ridiculous.

Good place for drop and hook. Overnight parking allowed on Grove Street. The truck entrance is located in the back off kitching street ( if you use satellite on Google map and zoom in, you will see it).
Trailing backing is kind of tight, so remember to get out and look.

Another great place to drop and hook a trailer. Getting in and getting out is key to making money. I found a set of bolt cutters on the ground and turned them in to one of the yard workers and he was so grateful for me returning them. I guess most people would have just drove away with them. He even offered me a cold soda for my honesty. Great people who work there.
