I had an issue and listed it here with 1 star and was replied to, to report it to their safery department. They agreed with my concern and were easy to contact and very polite. I do hope that the issue is looked into and not just thrown into a throwaway bin of complaints, but I will bump up my review to 4* for the interaction here and with the safety department. Thank you for at least hearing my concern and agreeing with me.

For the bad review about being parked next to in a wide open parking lot. Sometimes training is parking next to other vehicles try to park with no open spaces next to you if that bothers you so badly and shouldn't leave a bad review for that.

6695 is a terrible trainer. How can a CHILD train someone else how to drive? 6 times the student nearly hit my truck trying to back in. Big space on the other end of the lot but HE chose to have his FEMALE student back in next to me. Tried calling safety because he not only needs to learn to drive himself but he needs to be fired immediately before he causes hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage. He was never watching what she was doing but rather he was watching her! After waiting 20 minutes to speak to safety no one ever answered the phone and the operator was very rude. Stay away from this rat hole and all Roehl drivers! I'd rather see swift backing up beside me than this idiot! No need to set up for a backing maneuver this close!

One of your trucks ran our family van off the road. Your truck came into our lane and never signaled. When we were forced over by your driver we ran into construction cones and then the truck kept coming. Almost sending our whole family over the Mississippi bridge. Literally almost killing us!!! When we finally were able to pass this reckless driver they had their left black out curtains pulled. There was no way for them to see their mirrors. Not acceptable and extremely dangerous! This is a huge safety and financial risk for your company. I was not driving so I took a picture of the truck and the numbers on the back were 67837. This happened on 7/2/23 right around noon CST.

Great place to get your CDL. I wish I had gotten mine at Roehl. Strong emphasis on safety. Great people working there. Well maintained equipment.
Some organizational issues need to be worked out, but overall definitely not the worst company to drive for.
I would not discourage any driver from giving Roehl a try.
