The moving team of Jonathon, Christopher, and DaShawn with Road Runners Delivery Services did an excellent job of moving a baby grand piano into our home. They were very careful and meticulous in all aspects of the move, transport and set up. I would recommend these guys to anyone that has a need for moving services. They Will Take Advantage of You. They charge me $400 for the first 2 hours. They finish in an hour and 50 minutes. They then charged me an additional $300 for their drive back. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for deceitful pricing. The owner said nothing about paying for the ride back which is only 36 minutes from the end location of the move yet they are charging me 300 bucks to drive back. Please go anywhere else.

Best moving experience ever with Road Runner Moving. The movers, Jonathan, Jaquez and Andrew were prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. They were very efficient and careful with the loading and unloading and they helped me unpack and assemble my furniture at the new house. I was especially appreciative of their care and attention for my son who was with me during the move. Best move ever and I will be requesting the same team for my next move!

Most likely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. Sent the following email to Mr. Adams, with no reply as of yet.

Mr. Adams,

I wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback on the experience we had with your moving service. First off, the booking process was great! Sierra was friendly and helpful, even when I had to change the date. She was very accommodating. Unfortunately, that’s the only praise I can offer. From the moment the crew arrived I knew we were in trouble; no one was friendly and not one acted like they wanted to be there. As I’m sure you know, moving is one of the most stressful events in the life of a family so a little kindness goes a long way. I have never seen of group of men move so slowly. It was like their feet were in quicksand, and I’m not exaggerating. No one showed any hustle or drive. At times it seemed as though they were intentionally doing this. We had a 3-man crew, and it took them 5 hours. I think a good 2-man crew would’ve been done in 3 at the most. The guy who seemed to be in charge was vaping in the house while we moved, not a good look. He walked in one time and said to guy 2 about guy 3, “He won’t be on this crew for too much longer, one less problem I have to deal with!” However, it was what happened next that truly ruined the experience, his first comment upon arrival to our new home was, “Man this is a BIG DOWNGRADE!” This we found very offensive, after we have worked hard and busted our butts to build a brand-new home for our family. At that point I just wanted them gone, it was truly a terrible experience.

There was also some damage below that no one seemed to know anything about. One to our baseboard stairs and the other to our brick steps from the ramp, I have sent pics below.

I’m sure that you have some crews that are great, in fact, you came highly recommended. With that being said, after our experience I could not, in good faith, recommend your services to anyone.

I wanted to make you aware, because if it was my company I would want to know.
