WORST MOVERS EVER!!! Not only did they hit an electric pole (see pictures) and try to say they weren’t going to tell anyone…..they also moved EXTREMELY slow, didn’t move all of our items, and management said they were going to come back the next day but never showed (keep in mind I took the work day off waiting for them)!!!!!? They REFUSED to speak to the police officer about the pole they hit so I had to call management and force them to speak to the officers. They also didn’t have a tag on a COMPANY VEHICLE! My husband and I both called at least 20x to get ahold of someone (each time we left a voicemail) we received 0 calls back!! If I could give this company a negative 100 stars I would!!! And to make matters worse the employees were extremely rude and clogged our toilet before leaving our home. Absolutely disrespectful!!! We have called and demanded our $500 back with 0 response. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR MOVING SERVICES!! Also I am convinced the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts/employees.

Exceptional Service! Corey and Chase did an excellent job with my grand piano, storing our furniture plus piano in their amazing downtown building. Easiest move ever! Thanks!

I honestly was going to write a good review about my experience with this company UNTIL I noticed dented furniture (least of my worry) and my TV completely ruined (which we had to replace). I have been calling for at least four days straight and have left multiple voicemails about this issue. I find it highly unprofessional of a company to dodge calls and ignore a customer that paid them for their service and also helped move stuff along with the movers. I am a woman on a single income who just bought a house, and clearly I was not looking to have to buy a whole new TV on top of that due to the negligence of the moving company. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. All I'm asking is for a call back, instead I'm getting ignored.

This moving company was the best I have ever used. They were very polite and also very punctual. The movers were very friendly, and they were strong and fast too. They got the job done in a timely manner and they also provided the best services I have ever experienced. The movers I had were Corey and Chase and boy they were professional. Thanks for the services guys and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I called in for help to move my family and they were very fast paced and the help they delivered. Corey and Chase were patient and also very fast. I wasn't expecting the services they provided, but it was more than enough. My wife was very happy about how fast and professional they were that she wants to use this moving company for now on. I’m not one to leave a bad review for a company because I know things happen, however, I haven’t been this upset in a long time. On September 1st, I called to schedule a move for September 16th. I paid my deposit, which was $150, got a confirmation email, and was told the movers will be at my place between 8:45am-9am on the 16th. Moving day rolls around and I call at 8am to confirm my move and I get no answer. I called over 10 times and still didn’t hear from anyone. I even left a voicemail in hopes that they will return my call. It is now 11am and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have no respect for a company that doesn’t have the ability to communicate with their customers. Especially if they have already paid a deposit. If you are in need of a moving company, please continue looking. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional.

I was impressed with this company at first. They were polite and professional on the phone. They required $100 deposit which I didn’t mind paying. Our move was complicated and required lots of people to make work. We scheduled the move : However, they canceled on me due to a weather issue, which was not their fault. When I rescheduled there were lots of time changes, but when we finally landed on one, apparently it did not get to the right people because they missed the window that I had and did not show up until too late in the day. I have the text communication of when the move was scheduled, and I sent that to them but they so far I have not returned my deposit. Now I am out $100. That’s still alot of money to me. I won’t call them again. Used a local co, New Latitudes. All went fine for less $ and no deposit required.

Pleasant experience with Road Runner for my recent home move. All the guys were professional and courteous and treated my fragile items with care. Chase is also pleasant to work with and was reachable at anytime. Highly recommend Road Runner for your moving needs.
