This company has been late almost every delivery! I have called and verified the driver was on the way and still stayed 2 hours after close so I could get my delivery. They are also terrible at updating tracking. This is definitely not a professional company.

This place is a horrible carrier they schedule your appointments for drop off but then cancel out and never show up upon rescheduling again they did not show up had to go and pick up the product with my own vehicle upon arrival they could not find the packages ended up loading the packages into my car alone I do not recommend anyone having any shipments done with this carrier they get no stars

Received a txt message from R + L Carriers on July 25th stating that my package would arrive on July 28th between 1pm and 5pm and that I would need to be there to sign for it. So, I didn’t go to work on the 28th so I could be available to sign for the package. At 6pm on the 28th I called the company and they said that the driver wasn’t able to get to me on that day and that the driver would have to deliver it the next day, the 29th between 1pm and 5pm and that I would still need to be there to sign for it, meaning I would need to miss another day of work. The 29th arriv and at 3pm I called the company and they said that the driver is running behind and would arrive after 6pm. 7pm arrives and I call again and the lady who took my call said that she spoke to the trucks dispatcher and she said that they loaded other packages that were originally scheduled for the 29th in front of mine and that they weren’t able to get to me. I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman who I spoke with was irritated with me for questioning why my package hasn’t been delivered. He told me that they were going to try to deliver it that following Monday but that my package was “not guaranteed to ever be delivered to me” which was astonishing to me but he said it on a recorded line. On the 1st and that I would again need to be there to sign for it but this time he couldn’t tell me a time frame so I had to take another whole day off work costing me another days pay. When the package arrived that Monday it was damaged and all beat up. Just a super unprofessional company and their reviews on here speak for themselves. I did not choose this company to ship my product, the product company used H + L to ship. If you have a choice, do not use this company.

Was supposed to have a delivery this past Monday they never showed or called. On Tuesday morning the man on phone didn’t act like he could find the order. I asked for Heath the manager to call me he never did. On Wednesday morning I called got Heath on phone he couldn’t remember if anyone told him to call me or not but said items where out for delivery. At 3:45 I call back very rude guy didn’t write name down would not let me talk to Heath said driver had one more stop then would be to me. We close at 4:30 he said if we was not open there would be an extra charge to bring back to me.
Driver got here at 4:31. Driver said he just drives truck and laughed.
Never use these people. I get several deliveries a week, I am telling all of my vendors not to ship with RL Carriers.

My first phone call with Malaiya to arriving for pickup. Her knowledge, ability and kindness was Awesome. More employees as Malaiya should be everywhere.
(Not sure on her exact name spelling)
