Jeff was the best! The way he was juggling the line of customers for storage rooms and truck rentals was amazing! You better not lose that man, there's not very many who would put up with what I was seeing. He probably deserves a raise. But yes, for me a 62-year-old woman, everything went as smooth as it possibly could thanks to him, so thank you Jeff! Will be seeing you around.

Jeff helped and got everything taken care for us. He was an excellent communicator and we enjoyed working with him. We will use U-Haul in the future for all our storage needs because of his excellent customer service.

I am super grateful for the help and consideration from the staff at Rim Country Self Storage. Jeff and Mark who work onsite are amazing. Currently the administration fees that are being paid are going to a company out of California although they are handling the work onsite. I hope that everyone who performs work for a company is paid everything that they help earn and work towards. I would highly recommend bringing your own lock as the prices and quality of the ones on site are not what you might invest into on your own.

I was extremely happy with the wonderful service I received! The manager held my reservation for a unit for me for over a week. I attempted to go in for paperwork but several days in a row I had to cancel. He even went out of his way to call me to check on me because he knew I am disabled

Everything was excelent throughout the entire time I had 3 units at Rim Country. Although I got rid of many things, there is no worry for my items in the 2 units I still have.

So far so good! Process was super smooth and easy to get set up, great price for the size I got and I really like the 24hr access. Property attendant was so nice and helpful made the whole thing a good experience, would definitely recommend to others.
