I’ve been living in the Mueller neighborhood for over 10 years and coming to Rick‘s cleaners the one time in 10 years that they goofed up on a silk blossom mine they repaid me and refunded so this place is awesome. The prices are incredibly inexpensive for what they do. My only wish is that they would do green cleaning and be Eco friendly. Otherwise I’d give it five stars

There was problems with the system when I went to drop off my order, but they told me to not worry about it and that they’ll fix it when the manager shows up the next day. And come the following noon, they already had everything dealt with. And I never spent more than 15 minutes dropping off or picking up. Great place, will dry clean again!

Omg it was SO easy to get some dry cleaning done without having to do anything but place the item outside. It was picked up on time, quickly returned and all for a very fair price. Great packaging and everything. Highly recommend!

They took out every lasagna stain my grand daughter made on her white flower girls dress. Nice work!!! I’m a happy camper and she can reuse the dress for her Christmas show.

I thought I had brought an item in to get cleaned with my other clothes. I had left the item at home. Two of the staff searched for the item and even looked at the camera but they could see that I did not bring this item in. The one lady was very rude with me and just walked away from the counter. But LaQuita and Luis was very patient with me. Whether they felt I was wrong or not. They were very professional and patient with an old lady who made a mistake. We need more workers like them in the work place. Thanks to both of them.

Great service and price. I was expecting it to be more but was pleasantly surprised. They were on time for pick up and delivery. The clothes were very well washed and folded. I would recommend them to anyone.

First experience was pleasant. Got in pretty quick and out pretty quick. prices per garment were a little high, but what isn't these days? For the outcome of my garments the price was fair. If I had brought in a lot of items, then I would have more of a problem with the price. Maybe they should adopt a "more you bring, the more you save" policy. instead of approx. $5 per, make it $3 per after the 6th item in one drop-off. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

We love Rick‘s Cleaners and are long time customers. However, this evening we were discouraged because we were unable to leave an item to be cleaned, even though it was minutes before closing time. The employee was very courteous however it was disappointing that she couldn’t take the suit and that we will have to return on another visit.
