Great company & a greater courier service. As both a driver and a client of Richwood Courier, I can wholeheartedly say that Demetrius, Rod & Jenny are a fantastic team with a number of great drivers. Demetrius especially is very straightforward yet flexible, and works tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite what others may say, if you make mistakes or slack off repeatedly at any job, there is nobody to blame but you. Here, it's no different, for a good reason. Pay is very fair & they will work with you as best as they can to fit your schedule, whether you are an employee or a customer trying to adjust a delivery time. Drivers are punctual and courteous. I can 100% recommend Richwood Courier for your delivery needs, it's backed by a great team.

Richwood courier is always able to take care of our courier needs in a timely and professional manner. They’ve adapted during the pandemic to be safe and wear protective gear when delivering insuring the safety of their customers. They have great rates and can handle big and small deliveries. I recommend their service, Demitrius as well as all their staff are awesome!!

I have been using Richwood Courier since May 2016. They are always on time, professional and have great pricing. When I send a delivery with a courier, that courier is representing my company to the customer they are delivering to. The image Richwood Courier presents to my customer is one I am happy for my customers to see. I have had several customers ask me for their contact information so they could use them in the future.
