Richard's heating and cooling continues to offer excellent and efficient service. I reached them at seven this morning, and they were out within a half hour and back with necessary parts, to finish the job in less than two hours!!! Thank you! Happy New Year, and God bless!

8 years ago I needed a heating and cooling in my house in the middle of summer they came and quickly fixed it for me with a new system. Yesterday I had a terrible smell in my house they sent Eric to my house this morning he found it he fixed it went above and beyond I would hire this company in a New York second and recommend anybody else to thank you Richard's heating and cooling!

I can't say enough about Charlie and the people that sent him. After scheduling with a local company, and taking off work to be home when the tech showed up; it took me calling an hour and a half after to find out they weren't coming. A friend referred me to Richard's and I made the call, blindly hoping for them to make the house call same day. They not only showed up, they were there within an hour of speaking with the office and they sent the most friendly human on the planet, I'm pretty sure, to diagnose what was wrong! It didn't take long, he was highly knowledgeable! I can't possibly say enough about Charlie and this company, special thanks for helping a mama out in a bind!

So...this is the real deal from the polite and patient lady who took my call, amazing response time, professional service guy, to the price.... I give this company 5 stars. July 1st A/C unit had quit blowing cold. I Called at 8:50am and they were here fixed problem and gone by 9:56am...impressive.

This company is the real deal. Charlie the technician was awesome. My A/C went out on Friday night at 9 PM . I called Saturday morning and was in the cool by noon. Use this company.

I called Richard’s heating and cooling July 16, during a heat advisory, at approximately 8:20 am and by 10:30 ish my AC is repaired! Excellent customer service both the person who took the call and the repair person!
