Great place to deliver had a 1pm appointment arrived at 11am had bol in hand at 1145am. On overnight parking. There is a rest area 8 miles north and several truck stop south 10 minutes. Plenty of room to back into doors if you follow instructions. Very friendly.

Good shipper if you are drop and hook. If you are doing a live load, forget it. I arrived a day early and was turned around and requested to come back the next day. I returned the next day, 1 hour before the appointment, as requested by the shipper, and I arrived for 3PM for a 4PM appointment. I was docked for 6:30PM, and live loading didn't finish until 12AM. Overall, the staff is friendly, professional, and polite. The live loading wait time is awful, and I really wish it could be faster. There are clean facility bathrooms inside the shipping and receiving office. No overnight parking. Goodluck!

Parking is kinda small/tight but it’s nothing. Load was a D&H so I was in and out! Guard/staff were friendly, truclstop about 5 miles around the way

Arriving at the place where I was going to load my truck, the weather changed and there was a tornado warning with a lot of rain and wind. The plant staff was very professional, taking everyone to the muster station, the place where they meet during emergencies. It reminded me a lot of my time in the merchant navy and see how important it is to be prepared, bravo to the workers and bosses of the plant
Check inn was fast and smooth I don’t know yet how long the take to load me

Delivered boxes: Checked in, docked and unloaded in 45 mins. Everyone was friendly and explained everything in great details. Area a little tight but manageable to move around in.

Very friendly lady at the gate. Easy check in. Very professional forklift operator. Unloaded in less than 25 mins. Checked in at 0912 for a 0930 appointment. Was docked at 0918. Was fully Unloaded at 0936..checked out at 0942.
