Funny morning , they gave out a driver award to a woman that apparently makes money if she could just back up , no pun intended thank God, for automatics, lol, watching her pre-trip and hitting the tire with her hand is pretty funny in itself, but apparently she’s the best and I’m happy for her and not surprised .
Originally, I was hired to run an end dump, but they lost the contract , the great employees I was working under lost their job and everything changed more than one time , having a assigned truck opposed to slip seat situation makes it where you can have things in there to help on a daily basis and also knowing your truck things like phone holders and places to keep your stuff
The word fatigue is the important one to look at when it comes to Safety creating anxiety in a stressful environment. It is a known fact that a camera facing you all day creates a hostile environment and a medical condition.
Dealing with a different truck every day is always a stressful situation , they do have great employees that are helpful and fun to work with, The problem exist in sales, and Safety, simply because of insurance creating a disregard to employees, even if they have driven over 2,000,000 miles and in every state and Canada you’re still just a number and a statistic.
Something to consider when choosing , have a great day.

My husband worked for them. Long days, short weeks, never received any sort of bonuses like they said they gave out for making miles. Sometimes only one day of home time when promised 2. Dispatch was insane minus one person. Runs were almost non existent at one point then when there were runs they ran you ragged. They forced a change in insurance on everyone last minute and then with his last check, the took the full check to "cover" what they had to spend on insurance without any notice. Left a family of 6 with nothing on the check.

Worst company to work for. If you're not family or friends, stay away because they'll treat you like a meaningless bug. Dealing with Ginger Reynolds is like talking to a brick wall. She will not work with you and will put you down to your face. They will also not pay you if they can get away with it. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity, decency, and money in your pocket, because all these thieves care about is their bottom line and you're just another stepping stone to more money in their pocket.

Performed a lot of work for this company years ago and they never paid. We work with many tanker trailer companies throughout the year and this company is, by far, one of the worse companies to deal with in the food grade tank industry. Broker offered to pick up the tab for them. Very disappointing.

This company is a joke the hub in houston Paul and alan are useless they couldn't schedule 2 drivers let alone 30 they need to fire these morons because no the texas workforce commission is gonna be breathing down there back nuff said
