This was the worse experience I have ever had !!!! The renters actually destroyed my home and was a nuisance to the neighborhood!! They left trash on my deck a yard I had to pay for a dumpster a more don’t ever use renters warehouse. They never answer there phones!! Run run run!! Speaking honestly

Wow! I can't speak from a tenant's point of view, but as an owner; I couldn't be more pleased. After reading the concerns, perhaps there may be some credibility to the possibility that Renter's Warehouse can be limited in what they do if the owner will not approve repairs or isn't responsive in a timely manner. My current tenant has renewed a two-year contract. I have not denied a request of my current tenant and I have responded in a timely manner to concerns, however, the request(s) have been valid and reasonable which was not the case with my first tenant.

Bradley and the entire staff at Renter's Warehouse have been great to work with. They've been efficient, reasonably priced and they have rented the property with little down time. The management/provision of needed paperwork for tax purposes is timely, user friendly and comprehensive. They also report as indicated on the condition of the property when they do regular drive by inspections and offer to do a more in-depth inspection if warranted.

This is not my first rodeo as I have a couple of other properties. After trying to manage the property myself from another state (which was a stressful disaster!) and after utilizing 3 other companies (one in the Nashville area); Renters Warehouse is by far the best company I've ever had, period! I only wish they had an office in the state where I have another property and don't get half of the services for more money!

I have had a great Experience with Renters Warehouse. They were very helpful from the beginning of helping me find a place and it didn't stop there. If I needed maintenance to my rental they were prompt and efficient. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. The staff was always helpful. Lindsey Ingham in the office was always so helpful with any questions and she was great to follow up after I had maintenance requests. That kind of service doesn't happen everywhere. I loved working with her and her bright attitude... Renters Warehouse is a company that I would personally recommend even to my closest friends and family.

Disappointed in entire interaction. Now after reading reviews, it seems we should have done more research. We are not full time landlords so we look to our management company (while paying them a hefty amount) to support us on our behalf, but when it comes down to any sort of issue they are quick to become cold and place blame. Even the responses to these reviews showcase the way this company does business.

Renter's warehouse provides subpar services. We have sense moved from using their services due to a lack of communication and approval of requests without consulting us first. There were times when we had to rewrite our contract due to poor verbiage. We are finding more and more issues years later such as a pet approval that we were never notified of but was communicated with the tenant via text. I would stay away from them if you like communication and control of decisions made on the property you own.

Do not use Renters Warehouse if you're looking for a professional leasing company. My partner and I rented a location in Gallatin TN for a year and moved out 3 weeks early while paying for the full month. The owner and Renters Warehouse scammed my partner and I out of our $1450 security deposit over having to clean the rugs and some patched wholes. Additionally maintenance requests take weeks, Want to show off the property your last month of the lease its absurd and unprofessional.

To respond to what they posted below, The carets were not extremely dirty that is a blatant lie. And yes there were holes that probably needed some more patching but both of those things would not add up to $1450 its a scam and you can write whatever you need to cope with being a corrupt renting company.

I just signed again for another year. Renters Warehouse has been very responsive to requests for maintenance, and they always get things resolved. The office staff is very courteous and responsive as well. The homeowner has been extremely responsive and willing to take care of any issues that arise. It’s been a great experience renting from Tenters Warehouse.

Where to begin.. We rented a house through this company for two years. In our time there the prices went up while the services went down (I understand price increases are to be expected with the current climate).

Maintenance: Anytime we needed a maintenance issue fixed it typically took at least a week until someone came out. When our microwave went out it took THREE WEEKS for it to be replaced.

Fees: When our dryer went out we were charged a service fee ($125) despite the technician telling me directly that the dryer was at least 15 years old and needed to have the motor replaced. When I spoke to the service department they said I had "overloaded the dryer" and thats why it was not working. (despite having done this EXACT same load several times with no issues). On another occasion, within the master suite closet the DIY PVC pipe (literally it was a PVC pipe) that was used to hold up our clothes broke. Whenever they came to repair it, we were charged ($125). When we moved out of our rental they charged us $875 from our security deposit. ($450 for removing child proof latches- yes they charged $450 for the 1 or 2 we may have left) and then $425 for a cleaning fee adding on a "extra dirty cleaning fee" (despite us having cleaned for 5+ hours including cleaning all the floors, baseboards, surfaces, bleaching all the tubs, toilets, floors, etc.) (Note- when we first moved in I had asked if they had cleaned the house before our move in and they said they had despite my mother and I having to clean for 3+ hours to remove all of the spider webs before unpacking anything).

Staff: Anytime I have called to speak with any of the staff I have NEVER been able to reach them on the phone. What I have to do to get ahold of ANYONE is leave them several voicemails and emails. When I called to speak to them about the dryer I had to call FOUR TIMES and spoke to three different people who said they would get back to me and then never did. The final time when I was able to speak to someone, she asked who I had previously talked to. I told her I did not know and that it was someone from admin. She literally then replied, "We don't have anyone who works here by the name of admin". EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They will take your money and then make you move heaven and earth for an explanation of fees are to have any formal resolution.
