Beware of purchasing clothes at this place. You would think that every piece of clothing that is returned back to the facility is thoroughly cleaned. However, this is not the case. Only clothes that have visible stains are sent to the the cleaning department. Therefore, if quality control does thoroughly inspect the clothing (including smelling), then the clothes do not get properly disinfected. There are clothes that come back to the facility with different types of odors. There is no telling what people do with their clothes when they purchase them. Rent the runway needs to do better especially in the viral-climate we live in today.

I have been a member since November of 2019 & have stuck with it despite the changes. However canceling my membership after being “upgraded” without my knowledge. Customer service was not helpful nor apologetic.

This is a great warehouse, people are nice and friendly and fast at there job, no problem unloading here, receiving is door 19W west side and they tell you where to go.
