Quite possibly the best courier service I have ever used. I had a client that ordered a server that weighed 400lbs that needed to make it to Atlanta ASAP and that was the contingency on the sale of it. I called around a bunch of couriers who said they couldn’t get a pallet from Cleveland to Atlanta that quickly then I stumbled upon reliable couriers.

Right away on the phone I spoke with Donna who was very professional and explained that they could definitely get the server to Atlanta the same day. After giving me a price I agreed and a cargo van showed up to our warehouse within an hour, loaded the server and then drove it direct with 2 drivers to Atlanta non stop.

I was beyond satisfied with this companies professionalism and the speed at which they got my package delivered. For same day delivery there is no one else in Cleveland I could ever recommend more than Reliable Couriers, and thank you again Donna I appreciate your patience and professionalism through my stressed out times and the fact that you kept me updated through the delivery is the chefs kiss.

Absolutely the best. I worked with Irene Lavrishin on a job that needed to be delivered to Cleveland Ohio. I'm in Chicago and she was able to get this job done in the time that I needed. This also was a last-minute delivery, which made it all the more challenging. Reliable Couriers got it done.

These guys did a great job for me... kind of a emergency on my end, as I intended to physically move some data from a Warehouse on the far East side of Cleveland to a Datacenter on the near south-east side but I fell terribly ill. One call and Reliable Couriers managed the pickup and delivery quickly. (Heck, there was also a minor a snow storm in progress!) I think the data was picked up and delivered in matter of just 2-3 hours. This really helped me out - I could stay sick in bed!
A week later, I couldn't locate a receipt and a quick call back and a chat with Alex and I had the receipt via email in minutes. Thanks for everything - I'd use your services again! Highly recommended!

I had a limited window of opportunity regarding a tenant move out that was ruled in my favor. I needed to execute a bailiff assisted tenant eviction quickly with the threat of an eviction extension looming. I called Reliable Couriers in a desperate attempt after several other companies turned down the job due to the sudden increase in demand. Alex was super attentive and professional. After explaining that I was out of town and needed assistance securing a Writ of Possession and scheduling a move out with the bailiffs in Cleveland Municipal Court, Alex assured me that the task would be handled quickly by the afternoon. Needed a cargo van to deliver a package for me from Beachwood to Pittsburgh. These guys did the delivery and it went smooth. Their customer service rep was knowledgeable and their courier arrived here in 30 minutes then delivered within 2 hours.
