Please, take head and do not sign an office lease at this Regus located in Fayetteville Georgia. I am broken hearted, flabbergasted, dismayed and bewildered at the blatant unethical, morally corrupt, thieving unprofessional behavior of Management (Mr. March is his name).

From day one I was robbed.

1. I was double charged for two separate lease agreements, of which I had to bring to Mr. March’s attention and instead of him, taking the initiative to fix the issue, he maintain an apathetic disposition and left it up to me to figure it out. It took a few weeks for the issue to be resolved. Causing me almost $4000 in charges.

2. Attempted Computer Hacking My first day in the office, I left my computer on my desk as well as my printer and other cute little office essentials. Around 10pm, I received a notification on my phone that someone was attempting to log into my computer and that it was frozen after several failed attempts. I thought this was odd because again my computer was at the office. When I brought this to the managers attention the next morning he responded that “the cleaning crew was Latino, and barely spoke English, too un educated to even use a computer and would never do such a thing. And he completely dismissed the violation. That was the most racist, ignorant bias response ever. OK I was in disbelief.

3. $3500 worth of Computers Stolen:
About a month after moving into my Office I noticed that the two laptops that I kept in my locked file cabinet were missing as well as all my other belongings. There are two locked file cabinets of which only myself and management have a key. Upset to the point of tears because all of my company information is on those computers. I immediately questioned the manager Mr. March. He initially brushed me off and dismissed how much my concern. I’ve been assisted that I was going to call the police finally police report and have the place check for fingerprints to see who could’ve stolen my computer. About 15 minutes later, he admits that he had removed my file cabinet from my office and put it in another office.

3. Portable Printer Stolen
In December, my cousin and I went to the office to print documents and I immediately noticed that my portable printer was missing. I looked in the file cabinets, and all over the office which is small and the printer was nowhere to be found. In fact, I looked several times as I expressed how upset I was. On Monday, I called Mr. March and expressed my concern , and told him that I would be returning with the police to file a police report for theft. He was dismissive as usual however he did call me back less than five minutes later explaining that he had entered my office and that my printer was indeed on the desk. And that I must’ve overlooked it.

4. Also on several occasions, small items like fruit and snacks were stolen overnight out of my office. Anytime I brought this to his attention he responded by being dismissive and apathetic.

5. Bait and switch, financial abuse
The original lease amount was about $800, the person over Mr. March had assisted in getting me special pricing to the team of $674 per month on a six month lease. My lease expired about 30 days ago without me realizing it And Mr. March has increased my rent from $674 to over $1200 per month. My new is the same little 350 ft.² office. I had no clue that I will be charged double of what I’ve been paying until the fees hit my account. he never call me. He never come down to my office to speak to me. I did not receive any notices in my office so that I can have an opportunity to participate in the negotiation and decide if this is within my budget or anything. Now I’m at risk of losing my almost $3000 deposit, being locked into a jumbo lease when just moved into a new home and cannot afford it.

5. I’ve asked several times to speak to someone over him to no avail. I am hoping this review will provide an opportunity for me to speak to upper management and resolve this issue.

This location was great for hosting my meeting on the spur of the moment, pricing is very reasonable and the accommodations are more than adequate, and very assessable. I own Rooftops Unlimited, a local roofing company in Fayetteville Georgia. I recently did a tour of the Fayetteville, Georgia Regis location as I was looking for additional office and conference room. Space. I did the tour with Laura, the office manager at that location. Laura was great! She was very informative and helped me with all of my questions as well. She also showed me how to use the Regus app and website for booking conferences and how to access all that Regus has to offer. I highly recommend not only Regus for their office spaces conference rooms but also the Office Manager Laura as I feel she is the best anyone could for from an office manager!

This is a great place to start your business. The building is very clean and well organized. They have strong wifi, printing, meeting room, greeting area, etc. The staff are nice, friendly, and professional. Ms. Laura, office manager, is very nice, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is remote / hybrid workers or entrepreneurs who would like saving budget for rental, but still have a professional office.

3.8 1/2 is my rating which is a slight 4 .My experience so far has been decent thanks To Mrs Lura .Mrs Laura is always pleasant and ready to assist you with any questions you have extremely knowledgeable about the services at Regus. I would’ve given a 5 but the fees are debited out the account seems like weekly being that your paying a month in advance for every month . Me singing up at the end of January There’s honestly not a such this as prorated month clearly as stated and you will be charged 35 dollar late fee with No grace period ‼️Definitely not budget friendly but serves it purpose if you know what I mean. Location is nice no 24 hours access to your mail Bussiness hours only
