This place is a literal joke. I have a unit here and they want you to pay in advance for the unit, if you don’t pay in advance the first 5 days of the month, they lock you out of the unit and charge $20 on top of your monthly fee. If you wait to pay before the month is over, they will message several times and threaten actions against your contents of your rental storage unit for the freaking month you are in. So safe to say, if you ever had an emergency and couldn’t pay one month in advance and the month turns you wouldn’t even be late actually until the next month turns but by that time they will try to claim your possessions and kick you out of the unit just cause you didn’t pay your month in advance one time, and waited to pay at the end of the month you are in. This operation is very greedy and not set up for the customer at all nor do they work with you and if you shall miss one ADVANCE payment they will threaten actions against your possessions even though they add a fee for being late “when you are not actually late”. Don’t do business here.
