They give hell of a deal if your family. 10x20 for $55 bucks I've seen. $120 for anyone else. And the manager is very snotty and dis-respectful. Don't go here unless you want ripped a good one!

Roach infestation still after a year and a half. The owners won't authorize any maintenance to be done so the maintenance guy can only halfway patch up anything. The grass has to get over 8 inches tall before they will allow the lawn care people to mow. What used to be nice apartments are now more like a slum.
The owner is a preacher at the River of Life church but you couldn't tell it by the the way he treats his tenants. Some tenants pay one price while others pay another for the same apartment layout.
