So this place is a first come first serve location, they take a 1 hr lunch at noon. My dispatch didn’t tell me this🤷🏽. Nice people and pretty easy back in. I’m sure they will get me in and out asap.

How about.. You guys be ready for the drivers that are delivering the goods you order. Drivers must adhere to the rules set by DOT. They are sometimes heading home after delivering to you, their families and loved ones are waiting. Sometimes it has been a couple of weeks since they have seen them. When a driver has an appointment, how about you guys be ready for them, and unload the trucks with a sense of urgency, instead of making them wait hours and hours past their appointment time?

Delivery from 12 till 15. Don't come early. They won't start unloading fcfs. I arrived and checked in at 9:50. Waited for a phone call untill 14:30. Unloading started 14:50.

Checked in at 0940, gave them my phone number. Was told they'd call me when they have a dock ready. It's 5 hours later, still sitting here, phone hasn't made a peep so far. Less than impressed 😕

They took 4-5 hours instead 30 minutes job. Hella bad for 53” semi trailers loads. The guy I don’t know is he the owner or loader but. He take hella time to unload nd loading. And for example: if he starts load you by 10am or 11am whatever. Or he already load you up 18 pallets and 2 pallets left at the end. If its 12pm 🕛 he stop at that same time he go for lunch nd he comes back at 1:30. Rather then he could load that last 2 pallets nd then he could go for lunch at least he could finish one job. But No. 🙌🏼

This place take long time to load or unload you , I came here at 8 am o'clock and they opened at 9am and I was the first person that I checked in but the started to unload my load at 1pm so you think about How they work.

Must Avoid this Place !!!! VERY VERY VERY VERYunprofessional..Took me 24 hours to unload the trailer !!! It’s a first come first serve place but they rejected me saying I do not have a appointment I mean it’s a FCFS.. very disappointed.. No restrooms after hours .. never coming back here or taking load of this place in future we or my company ..MUST AVOID .. I want to give them 0 stars.. they don’t even deserve 0…

A wait to get loaded but office people and dock loaders nice . Somebody who works there , came out to the street , to argue with some apparently homeless in a motor home and walked off yelling profanities. Don’t know the entire circumstance but , that’s no way to be towards . already traumatized humans , in this era of a pandemic.
