Won't let you arrive more then 15 minutes before your appointment. But will forget about you in the door and just never unlock your trailer and give you a green light for hours. Don't wait for the green light like they tell you. You could end up being there all night.
When I went back in to ask how much longer it would be. (Running out of time to make on time delivery) The lady replied oh you done you been done for awhile. The lock wasn't stuck or anything they just never bothered to push the button.
Their crazy strict about their appointment time you can't arrive early. But once you're in a door they'll completely forget about you and leave you locked in for hours.
They clearly don't care about the receivers appointment or our time.
Just added a photo of what they give with the bills. That's hilarious.

Check at guard office was pleasant .They do ask for a lot of Information. appt was at 1 p m. Arrived at 1230 was given a door almost immediately .started loading about 20 minutes later . Finished a loading a little after 2 out the gate about 215 . Great job very nice experience

They won't let you check in even 10 minutes before your appointment time but if you're there 15 minutes after the appointment time because they have 20 trucks lined up on the road waiting to pull in you're late and have to reschedule your appointment. Save yourself the headache and refuse any load from this place.

They are fast they are nice they are organized yes it takes some time to get into the gate but just prepare about 45 minutes in line and don't get here too early once you're in the gate it's easy to park and they unload you fast the people that complain is because they want it their way instead of following the process

Security and receiving made sure to let me know I’m lucky to get unloaded 24 hours early because usually they don’t accept people over 30 minutes before appointment time. So keep that in mind. No parking. I slept on street until they opened at 7am. Not to much people here so I guess that’s why they took me. Not sure how long they’ll take to unload me but if it’s longer than 3 hours I’ll update post. Slow roll it drivers.

Ladies at gate are nice. Do not arrive early. They will send you away. They want all your info plus the blood of your first born. Takes forever to get through the gate, in and out, but getting your trailer isn't that bad.

This place sucks. 45 minutes just to get in the gate. 5 hours and counting to get loaded. 5 people in the office who will ask for everything including your first born's DNA sequence before giving you a door, and one dude on a forklift who can't load a trailer in less than two hours. He averages one pallet every 20 minutes. This. Place. Sucks. They suck at their job. They suck. If you can avoid it, do not come here.

Appt was for 7pm, got there at 6 pm, door right away, left around 9 pm. Not too bad
