Big thanks to Fil Velez at ReadySpaces in Los Angeles! Even though my unit wasn’t at his location, he went out of his way to help me with all my paperwork to secure a unit, answering every call and sticking around until the end of the day to make sure everything got sorted.

We have been at this location a few month but we are so happy that we found Ready Spaces. The manager at our site in DTLA Fil, is not only very professional but he makes you feel at home and he is always on top of things.
I'm very happy and thankful!

It had been a good experience in this location until I had a problem logging into my account to make a rent payment, and then they charged me a 10% late fee. I think it is unfair since it was the site's problem because my original username and password were correct, I also tried to reset the password but never received any email to do so.

Had an appointment set for 1pm. arrived early but it took me another 7 minutes to realize the GPS address is not how you enter the facility.

once i checked in on their ipad, it took about 5 minutes for their Rep, Fil to call me. Right off the bat he says he is on his way, clearly still driving, and said he'd be there in 5 minutes.

The tour was supposed to end at 1:30pm and i had my time carefully planned. at 1:21 I call him back to ask where he is where he immediately begins to give me attitude, telling me that I was the problem since I came late...

Even if i was early, Fil wasn't there even at 1:27 when I decided to leave after Fil told me he would be cancelling the appointment since I didn't like the fact that he wasn't even on the premise towards the end of our appointment.

Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service. I called their number over 5 times to try to get help from someone else. never once did they answer, i sent an email with my concerns and got no reply.

Need better screening of your staff and to have someone actually answer your phone number.

I like people who are knowledgeable about their business even if they are not the owners.

I called the downtown location to get information about the Northridge location and Ochuwa assisted me.

I like Ochuwa! She was very knowledgeable about Readyspaces and answered my zillions of questions.

I hope this woman is a manager!
