Buyer beware. Absolutely terrible customer service. I've placed 3 orders and had to make follow up calls for 2 of the 3.
The first order I placed online. Waited over a week. Nothing. I called to be told it was damaged in shipping and they would send another. They did. How long would I have waited if I would have never called? How did he instantly know my shipment was damaged?
The second order I placed showed up fine.
The third order I placed over the phone. I received a pack of rancid sheep casings. I filled out the contact page on their site and included pics. Nothing...I followed up with a call and was told someone would call me back... nothing. At least 8 calls later with every story imaginable (they shipped yesterday, they'll be there tomorrow, I'll call you back)I still haven't received a phone call as promised nor my replacement casings.
I'll my business elsewhere...

I posted a review previously with not so great remarks regarding my order status, however after talking with the owner I realize it was a mistake to post what I did. There were some shipping problems with the first order, but he made it right and I couldn't be happier with the service.
I will continue to buy from this supplier and would recommend to others as well.
And just FYI, the owner is a Great American and awesome grandpa!
