Great customer service & response times. We use rapid delivery to pick up the alcohol from DE and bring it to PA for our wedding of 200 people. Easy to schedule & very flexible. Unfortunately, we had a case missing and the alcohol company we purchased from were not only rude but very unhelpful.

Marc & the rapid delivery team quickly stepped in and confirmed nothing we left on the truck and refunded us 50% of the missing items. We couldn't be more thankful for their amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We had THE BEST experience with Rapid Delivery Service! We live in Colorado and needed to get a Scholarship packet to Ambler, PA on a Monday to a PO Box. Which is basically impossible. I called Marc as soon as they opened and he made the impossible possible. He didn't just take a payment and sort of try. We worked out a plan, Marc printed out the needed documents and made sure that we had the best chance of success. Then he quoted me an extremely fair price to get it done. He could have easily just taken my money and sort of tried and maybe it would have gotten there. But he really helped and as a working class family, trying to pay for their kiddos college, it means a lot to know that there are still good people and companies out there willing to be there for their community. The courier was able to let us know that the post office was able to accept and process our mail, making the deadline. If I lived in PA, I would work with this company and Marc all the time. Outstanding service! One of the very, very few companies I've hired that actually served the papers exactly as requested! Far to many servers are too "afraid" to take a picture of someone when they are being served. Not Rapid Delivery! They delivered as requested. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I must say I have so pleased by the exception customer service by the staff at Rapid Delivery Service. Their courier service was exceptional. They are professional,friendly, patient and you clearly feel they genuinely care about you as a customer and they will go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Dealing with an ongoing issue of getting a courier to serve someone over 5 months, well Rapid Delivery Courier got this know "courier evader" served on the FIRST attempt due to their amazing creativity! I loved how they stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. They truly made me feel like family!
