My wife had a unit after the Marine Corps for 19 years here. After her passing I came out to collect the momentos and dress blues. The staff was courteous and helpful as they had been for the past 19 years. It was like opening a time capsule. Everything was exactly like it was the day she locked it up. The facility was very clean and they had dumpsters available to discard unwanted items.
Thank you Rancho San Diego Storage for 19 years of secure storage of the memories.

I've been there since 2014 when David was a manager it was so nice. Now there's a new manager not friendly. Is all about getting people evicted not willing to work with the tenants. I'm serious going to get my things and move.

Rancho San Diego is my only place for storage needs. The staff is super friendly, the prices are reasonable, the perimeter feels secure, and best of all it’s convenient.

With the recent option to open the gate with an app I’m more than satisfied. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

David the main manager has always been VERY helpful! I knew him when he was not manager- but I knew he would make a great one and he is.
Some employees for the most part have been helpful here.
They keep the place pretty clean, always accommodating.

Talk about A+++ customer service!! We were beyond impressed with Chris B's customer service, he went above and beyond to make our storage experience smooth and seamless!! Far exceeded our expectations for both storage units we rented. Plus they had specials on their units that are super competitive and it's the cleanest units we'd ever seen. Thank you Chris for having amazing customer service (the ladies were nice too 🙂 ) we appreciate you and will highly recommend you all to anyone in need of storage!

We came here to check out prices and the size of their units. The staff was very friendly and took us around to look at a few units and sizes. We ended up getting one of the largest units and have been very happy every since we rented it.

This is the best Self-Storage I’ve ever used, and I have had quite a few across the country. The staff here is awesome, super helpful and friendly. The sign up process is very simple and quick. There are no gimmicks or tricks with their promotional offers. The property is quiet and easy to navigate as well. Highly recommend.
