This is our TSP provided by the army. I was worried with the negative feedback from other customers but so far everything has been great with Ralph’s. The Gentleman that came to our house to pack our stuff went above and beyond with the attention the provided to packing our belongings. They did scratch our floor a little bit however so far they have been cooperative As to a resolution/reimbursement. We have one hiccup we are currently working through regarding an item that was accidentally packed by the company. However, I will update this review as updates come but so far they have been a great company to work with.

Items arrived wonderful, missing one box and only a couple broken items but by far the best experience we have had moving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. this company was contracted by the military to move our things. We received our items today and so far we have several items that are damaged, poorly packed, and missing. When I contacted this company I was told it “was not their fault” even though THEIR name is on the boxes. Absolutely pathetic. My husband and I work hard for the things we purchase, and for it to be so carelessly taken care of is hurtful beyond words. Items were lost in transit, which was a different company , but the stuff that was packed by them was just ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate, Rene, and Chris from Ralphs Moving Company recently, and I must say, their service was exceptional. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nate, as the team leader, was incredibly organized and ensured that all aspects of the move were carefully planned out. He communicated clearly and effectively, making sure that I understood the process every step of the way. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills were evident throughout the entire experience.

Rene and Chris were equally impressive. They were punctual, courteous, and handled my belongings with the utmost care. Despite the challenges of moving heavy and delicate items, they remained focused and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was transported safely.

What stood out to me the most was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. They handled unexpected issues calmly and professionally, making the entire moving process much smoother than I anticipated.

Super fast and efficient.
Jonathan and Albert are both professional and nice! They organized the boxes out of the way and were very polite to my request.

They were on time and efficient. But the damaged our piano, and i had to call them repeatedly to file a claim and initiate a repair. It is still not fixed. I can't recommend them.
