Find another company. These people under quote you and then expect you to pay an extra $3000 the day they pick up. They are very rude to you when they are late to pick up and deliver your things damaged or not at all. Then when you file a claim they don't pay. They also over charged us for delivering to a storage unit. We had one already that they said their truck couldn't get to (lies) so they rented another unit and charged us $380 for the unit. We found the receipt from the unit and they were only charge $35 for the unit. This company is a freaking scam! When they delivered a few items that they misplaced, they arrived soaking wet and/or damaged in some way AND the driver had the audacity to tell me he wouldn't charge me for having to carry a few boxes up 5 stairs!!!! I'm still missing a bunch of items. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

This company is great have good services, also from previous post this is different company
Please make sure not to mistake Rado Logistics Inc with Rado Express two different companies
But Rado Express has a lot of bad services

I would not even give them 1 star
It has been a nightmare with this company
The 1st drive showed up and my home and just walked in my house
Had to call on him to the movers
They asked me if I was in a SAFE PLACE in my home away from the driver
My belongs were moved roughly
Then once my things were to be in Alaska
We had to track them down 6 days later
To fing out mu things were in Seattle and also want $3000 more to ship
They just left my stuff
With no calls
Them Safe Ship had to step in
Driver needs fired
And I should get a ref7nd
Still don't know what kind of shafe my things will be 8n
I will Sue them over my belongs
I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANU FOR ANYTHING
