We've been doing lots of loads with this brokerage company and I can say that our rep Brian Jovicevic has been the most professional guy in the trucking industry. It's been nothing but pleasure working with him, he is always on point, quick updates, detentions-TONU everything! Giving R2 Logistics ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. I’d haul for them again. Parker was good to deal with on my load. Was communicative and easy to get ahold of through text or call. My only suggestion would to be aware of the West Coast time as I was awoken out of my sleep at 6:45am Pacific Time prior to my appointment at 9:00am in regards to my location when I had the app running and gave my location the day prior. Other than that, everything was great.

We work with Jordan Sanders out of this office and we have had a great working relationship so far. We run alot of their KY based freight and Jordan is always good about getting us a fair rate and at working with us through any issues that happen on the loads. I think we've done well because we communicate and Jordan is a pleasure to work with. Super accommodating and direct when it comes to figuring things out. We hope to grow and cover more of their freight in the future

Very unprofessional do not book anything with this company we drove hr to pick up load. Made it to shipper guy name Tyler ask for us to track load never sent tracking. Sat at shipper for 30 min waiting on him to send it. And he Decided to cover load with another carrier. Because he didn’t want to do his job.Never sent us a Tonu as well .

Hard to get ahold of. Tried booking a load. Was we were all set and they would send over the set up packet. It was never sent. Spent over 30 minutes on hold being transferred around with no answer. After several emails and hours later just got an email saying "recover your truck boss." Really? who does business like that.

I recently had an experience with R2 Logistics that I feel needs to be shared. We had a commitment with them where our truck was held for a whopping 15 hours. Throughout this period, they requested that we stay put, assuring us of a resolution. However, in the end, not only was the load canceled but the compensation provided was a mere $100. This isn't reflective of the time and opportunity costs we incurred. I primarily dealt with a broker named Brandon Penton, and I hope future engagements, if any, are far more professional and considerate. It's crucial for businesses to understand that such practices affect real people with genuine commitments.

We had a situation on a load while running with R2. Our driver was laid over twice at delivery. The team we were working with repeatedly said they were reaching out to the receiver, and nothing had been accomplished at all in 2 days, nothing scheduled, no updates.

Come Friday, I made one call late in the evening in hopes that night dispatch would have information the day dispatchers did not want to tell me. Karl answered on the first ring. I explained the situation and he said he would call me back.

20 Minutes later, my phone rang and we had a delivery appointment for 1100 am the next day.

I don't know how he did it, but he is a miracle worker.
