One of R S Trucking dump trucks entered onto the expressway in front of my car and sprayed sand, bits of rock, and so much dust that it briefly affected my visibility. My windshield has 20-30 marks in it. After calling the company, I was completely blown off. I was unable to talk to the owner and was told it was not their problem. I saw the same truck about 10 days later do the same thing when exiting the quarry.
