What an amazing experience. We needed a last minute courier in Nashville and we were arranging it from out of town. This is something we do regularly when we arrange volunteer gatherings so the local teams of our clients can connect and give back to their communities, and certain courier experiences are more seamless than others. In 2017, I found Quik it Courier when I needed a reasonably priced alternative for picking up my monthly medical supplies in Nashville Mid-Town, and delivering them to my home in Williamson County. The first person I talked to at Quik It was Stacia, who was professional, polite, informative, and most importantly for a customer based business, warm and friendly. As far as helping me in other medical deliveries, I have never heard Quik It say “no”. It is abundantly clear to me that they are more than willing to accommodate their clients, of whom I one. Sean is just so
nice and always willing to help me in my medical deliveries, knowing that often “time is of the essence” for my pickups and deliveries. After almost 5 years, I know many of the drivers, especially, Lisa and Dana. What I can tell anyone is that the Company cares about the clients it represents, it cares that they honor their word to deliver when promised, and they care about pricing of their services. UPS was sitting on a $1000 check for 12 days without delivering it, causing me to lose my health insurance, but Sean at Quick-It Couriers had the envelope picked up from the UPS distribution center and delivered to my insurance company in less than 2 hours! Unbelievable!! I would trust this service with anything. Friendly, helpful, way cheaper than expected, and they really understood what I needed and how to make it happen!
