Good place to deliver appointment is 08:00am check in 6:35 they took me and 30 minutes I am done. No overnight parking at a facility. But receiving is on yuma st. There is side of the road we can park for overnight I parked there no problem. Only few trucks parked

All the staff here are nice.
This is new warehouse development area. I was not able to get it on my Garmin GPS so I used Google maps. This place is pretty much filled with Amazon fulfillment warehouses around it.
Take exit 127 (S Bullard Avenue) off the I-10 West make a left and off the I-10 East make a right stay on the left lane. Make a left on W Van Buren St and stay on the right lane. On 143rd Avenue make a right go down till you get close to the signal light and it will be the last warehouse on your left. I don't recommend you existing off at exit 128 (N Litchfield) there is more traffic and has tighter turns for a 53 footer with sleeper take it from me I went down that road and my rears went up the sidewalk. Good thing I was empty.
Check in at the shipping office and they will give you a door. It took them about 30 minutes to load up my trailer. I forgot to ask them they're business hours but I think 🤔 they are only open Monday to Friday and close about 3 pm. I only picked up here.
I took some pictures to give some kind of idea.
I don't think this area is good place to spend the night because has a bunch of residential areas.

Do not, DO NOT, show up earlier than 30 minutes prior to your appt. Even though there was 1 truck on property and 2 trailers for this 720,000²ft facilty, they made me leave the property. Bustling metropolis here. Even with a huge runway size entrance/exit to sit there and stage for 32 minutes. Nope, leave the property.
"This is a federal facility, we have lots of high end stuff inside", the yard guy said. Verbatim.... Stop it. It's not fort knox.

Nowhere to park in the Goodyear area. Have fun.

Unloaded me early. Shipping is on 143rd. The office is near what looked like door 85. Receiving is on Yuma road office is next to door 27. Huge facility on both sides. Plenty of room to straight line back into a door. This place seems to be fairly quiet not very many trucks come in here. At least not when I was here from 8:00 till 9:00 only three trucks in here for receiving. Girls in the office or super friendly. I'm guessing no overnight parking since the receiving side is gated but the shipping side isn't

For the OTR drivers shipping and receiving opened a little after 06:00. Although receiving dock is on Yuma I had to go to other side of building, once they began to unload me I was unloaded very quickly. Read the signs when you check in, most questions will be answered. Also when you sweep out your trailer both sides had 2 large dumpsters for broken pallets and trash.

Excellent location to deliver, you can sleep in their driveway, lined up to the left as long as you don't block access, hors are from 0600 to 1400, they take you up until 1400 if your load is palletized, if floor loaded until 1300, very friendly, Laura in receiving, excellent lady! 9 out of 10 for the building not having the dock lanes painted yet!
