It was not a bad experience. Young man at the security was very friendly. I checked in at 7am for 8am appointment. They started unloading around 7:30am and I was out by 9 am.

Another day another facility driver is here to pickup load, load is ready but we not gonna give u until appointment time make you wait 8 hours instead ,security even worse giving u attitude. Shame on that kind of policy 3 more hours on dock and they put two much wait on front .

It’s a great place, very modern like many have mentioned Average of 2 hours to load.

However , these loads going to Albertsons Irvine are heavy and there’s not a lot of time from when you depart San Bernardino to make it to your appointment in Irvine ( traffic & transit = 2hrs), making you late and by default make you ineligible for detention. After you arrive in Irvine expect 5 hours to unload a complicated load. The lumper fee is often $350-$370.

I’ve done this load 3xs, and 3xs I have arrived late despite my best efforts to fight through evening traffic from the IE to The OC.

The appointment at Quaker is at 15:00. They take 2 hours to load, you depart at 17:00 and you arrive late to your 18:45 appointment at Irvine. Remember, you have to make line to check in with the guard, make line to get to the front of the line to be able to exit your truck to go make another line at the checkin window; and that’s when they stamp your time card as arriving.

Gotta love the check in/ check out process. No walking to an office for paperwork. Check in, Stay in your truck wait for the green light and check out. Easy as that 👌👍

They always lie, I have been here twice this year ，Pick up time 10-21:00 on paper work,arrived at 2 pm. The security said that the appointment time was 7 pm and the second time arrived at 7 pm. The security said the appointment was 9 pm.
