Don't never trust the broker. Talk, I'm before appointment in this place. There has a lot of open parking space and that doesn't let you go in before. Only with appointment. I want to see a 3 o'clock. How long is it gonna take to load in this place?

My live load appointment was at 12:00 PM. Check in at 11:40 AM.
Got loaded at 6:00 PM. They took 6 hours. Nasty place when it comes to live load. Would not recommend any live load driver if they value time.

Reviews are accurate . I've been here for 7 hours to get loaded. Drivers, don't waste your time here. There are only two trucks on the yard for live load.

I was assigned to drop off a trailer yesterday at this facility. Get there about 1 -2 hours before appt time because I sat in line at the gate for about an hour. Only 1 person checking you in. If they give you a Bulk Location to drop your trailer that is at the end of the building right before the turn to get to the other side of the facility. The east side of the building is very tight in maneuver especially with a sleeper bed truck. Day cab wont have a problem find a empty slot and do a turn around there. Very disorganized facility.

They had my trailer on the dock a full 24 hours and did not load it. One shift waiting on the next shift and the next shift. Started loading the truck at 7pm, next day. It is now 11pm and I am typing this with a red light indicating they still are not finish.

12 o'clock appointment
Showed up 40 minutes earlier, got a dock right away.
Got a red light at the dock around 3pm . 5:30 pm still waiting to get empty.
If I could I'll give a zero star.forklift is entering the trailer once every 6 to 10 minutes .
I will never come here again and waste the time because someone is lazy.
And BTW I'm the only truck at the docks.

Avoid at all costs, it took 6 hrs to load in Las Vegas going to Atlanta, and it took 12 hrs to unload in Atlanta for Quaker. If u see this load, do not take it unless u need time to sleep. Horrible loading and unloading time. Here's my time in and out if u don't believe it. No phone number available to call, gaurd shack is no help, no office to talk to anyone, they hold u hostage basically, if ur on the backside of the building there's not even bathrooms for the drivers. This place is a joke..
