The salesperson was friendly, respectful, and took the time to show me the car and its features. The entire process was nice and easy. There was no pressure to buy anything extra, everything was explained to me, and I was in and out of the dealership with a new car faster than ever before. I highly recommend this place if you're shopping for a new car. We recently purchased a vehicle at Putnam Lexus, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or hidden tricks, and the pricing was excellent.

I contacted them about a specific Lexus ES300h they had in stock and asked for a price. They gave me a very good price. I filled out documents they sent me via email. I drove over wo their dealership which is 2 hours from my house. Took a test drive, accepted their price and I was in and out in about 1&1/2 hours. I am very happy.

Location had a good selection of cars and ready information on new incoming vehicles. Explanations of the different models was very helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained which is to me a good indication of how they deal with the cars and customers. Travis was our sales rep and did a great job. We never felt any pressure to close a deal. He was extremely helpful in showing all the new tech details with the car and getting our phones hooked up to the vehicle. Same with Case, the F&I mgr, good explanations and no pressure.

I put a deposit in for a very specific new Lexus. They ran my credit, told me I was good to go and that the car was mine.
We exchanged emails saying it would be delivered and held while I was away on a trip to Oahu. This was confirmed yet again via text when the car arrived, they only had to hold it 2-3 days.
The day after the confirmation they sold it out from underneath me then tried to pawn off another vehicle that does not suit my needs onto me with a later delivery date.
My point, if you value your time like I do and take people at their word DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I had purchased a Lexus from them previously but they lost me for life after this very negative experience. Adding onto frustration Steven's Creek Lexus down 101 had received the vehicle I wanted earlier, gave me a call and I told them to let it go given the fact that Putnam had promised this specific vehicle to me.

Good quality Lexus dealer. Good service on my car. Have never had any issue here except that service ALWAYS takes longer than they estimate - even for a basic service - just add 30-45 minutes to what they say in your planning but at least the car is serviced well.
