I come here often to do laundry day or night but tonight so much disrespect WOW and walk away running her mouth at me. I've never dealt with thus here at all. What's going on thus used to be the place to come to and the workers were kind and pleasant but this is so bad TONIGHT DISRESPECTFUL in everyway.

The washeteria area of the facility was clean and well maintained, and most of the machines appeared to be newer models. The storage facilities themselves are spread over several blocks and almost all are inside fenced areas, with keypad entry into the fenced areas. There is also climate controlled storage areas on the premises.

This establishment stated it opens at 8am it's 8:15 still no one here to open on time and ? Why open so late on weekends also why not trust your workers to have a key to open up earlier?

I've been doing my laundry at Purnell's for many years. The staff has always been freindly, the facilities relatively clean considering the clientele they have to contend with. I would disagree with the review above. Ed's is filthy and most of the equipment is in disrepair.

I normally have a great experience at this establishment. There is always someone behind the desk ready to answer any question or concern. The best part of this establishment to me is the fact that I can get change if need be from a worker. For example if I walk in with a $20 they can give me 4 $5 bills or 2 $5 bill and 10 $1’s so that I can use the change machine.. today I waited nearly 20 mins for the lady to stop with her conversation with another customer so that I could get the change necessary to dry clothes.. now my clothes were already occuping the driers so in the time she was having conversations about the weather my clothes could have dried.. the worst part abt this whole situation is all the machines were full.. so I had to w8 for the four driers to dry my clothes and now I’m putting other customers behind because they are waiting on me. I tried several times to get her attention we even made eye contact twice... she looked at me and and then rolled her eyes .. so finally I left to get change up the street at a store .., here’s the kicker I was gone 15 min and she was still talking abt frivolous things.. this is a customer service industry.. so caring for the needs of one customer does not cut it...

Clean and well kept for the area but very disappointed. I rented unit for six months paid for up front. I had over a month and a half left when I got everything out of storage. I asked for refund for the rest and they said it's not their policy to refund. I will not ever rent from them again.

Beware they have a no refund policy which means that you lose money if one of their old tired machine does not finish the rinse and spin cycle. There is a nicer facility, Ed's Laundry 5 blocks to the east on 28th.
