DON'T EVER EVER EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO SIT IN DOOR 8 PLUS HOURS ON THE BOX MEAT/DAIRY BUILDING #3 SIDE. I'VE BEEN HERE OVER 8 HOURS. THE WORKERS SAY THEY TAKE SO LONG IN ORDER TO HAVE WORK THEIR WHOLE SHIFT! I'M ON MY SECOND SHIFT. I PAID THE LUMPER 3 HOURS AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE GREEN LIGHT OR MY BILLS.

If I could leave no star I would. Showed up at three pm for a seven fifteen. Appointment checked in at 4pm got a door and didn’t get released from door till sitting am here for twelve hours which makes me late for my second stop appointment way to go Publix for not caring about a drivers schedule for appointment or sleep.

They do have overnight parking .. ignore that sign ....
Overnight parking for otr trucks in side the gate up on the fence . Drive to check-in gate have drivers license and bill of lading . They will give you a map of where you park and what time to go back in your door . This place has it figured out . Thank you Publix .

Only Chik Fila Treat you the way they treat you in store...This place after the Gate is a Joke

I arrived 4hrs early & was able to park in door till 4am start time....thanks for that!

But...no proper communication of what to expect or what to do....As if everyone who come there been there before & their procedure is universal...
Nothing TELL YOU TO CHECK ON TABLETS THAT BLEND IN ON WALLS
..ESPECIALLY AT 4AM AND A DRIVER JUST WAKING BECAUSE I ARRIVED 2AM yea I just saw the door and walked in....And I was Asked did I "check in" HUH
THEN TOLD WHEN YOU GET A GREEN LIGHT COME BACK IN...COME BACK THEN ASKED " DID I PAY LUMPER?" HUH Did you tell me I had a Lumper Did you text me...yall took my # 2 TIMES NEVER USED IT ..
I pay it...Then asked WHERE IS YOUR RECIEPT ..
NEVA!! GOIN BACK ..
TOO RUDE & NASTY DISPOSITION & Kinda Slow had to hustle to next pick & traffic is busy coming out od there.

i was at the dock at 6 am my app 6:30am
when i brought in my papers they yelled at me your appointment next day at 6:30am....
some one from publix changed my appointment to next day because they got too many trucks ...... i was kicked out from the dock 764.... thank you publix for treating / welcoming drivers like that......

The Worst place to ever cometo. Do not ever take a load to here. My appointment time was at 4:15pm I payed the lumper fee and still waiting for my paperwork in till 12am the next day FTP!

i delivered load here and they didn't sign Bill off lending only packing slip i asked them nicely please can you sign main Bill off lending .....no way we not gonna sign main bill off lending we sign packing slip guy in reciving was yelling at me I'm trying to explain broker will not pay me for the load iff you don't put signature on main bill off lending you reciving thousands of dollars worth of product from my and you did not want to sign main bill long story they didn't sign i have to call broker and explained people here are crazy on some medications yelling at me screaming at receiving office they not going to sign broker finally told me he knows that is issue here and told me to leave he will pay for load eventually one day bunch of morons work at this place with mental issues they need proper training how to correctly talk to people

Arrived 1 hr before my appointment parked walked to office to check in they said they would call when a door was available just got back to truck they called with a door backed in started unloading right away… not sure about overnight parking sign says OTR no parking
