They are so ridiculous. I don’t suggest if you coming to pu the load . This is the worst and very slow . I come here for 12 appointments at 11:30 am . And I got checked and they didn’t load up to 4:50 so when I ask the office guy they don’t understand English good even but they say okay we load you .
The manager is arrogant even you can’t ask questions.
Ignore it this shipper if you can .

6 hours later and I'm still sitting in a door. Had to go in multiple times to get them to even think about to start loading me. This is ridiculous. This place is disorganized and is a complete waste of time. Refusing any future loads from here.

They are so fast unloading my appointment is 10am I gat here 7:40 now start unloading.
But there is no overnight parking there is a gas station at the corner they have 5 parking space also there is on the street in front of the get it can park 2 trucks

I had a good experience with this shipper . Waited 2 hrs to be loaded ( not bad ) . Once inside the parking lot there’s a receiving side . Shipper is located around the building . Good size parking lot but no overnight parking . Also there’s a gas station near by with u need some food.Thanks a lot and Be safe !

READ BEFORE GOING HERE!
STAY AWAY! Very rude , 7+ hours loading!!!! CANT WAIT IN A TRUCK, HAVE TO GO INSIDE WAREHOUSE, NO USE OF CELL, NO FOOD OR WATER!!!

Beyond ridiculous. 7 hours to load 15 pallets of dry food, put at a door quickly but did not start to load until 2 hours later, then they took a 3 hour break from loading? We had an 1130am appt and finally pulled out at 630. Many trucks ended up leaving without being loaded due to the very poor loading process.
