Great company, great service, no worries!

Their sales representative Fransisco Carelli was friendly, knowledgeable and matched their competitor’s price. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don’t need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

From first contact to first fill Francisco Carelli made it simple to easy to do business with Propane Ninja. We had a Generac Generator installed and they do business with the company we bought and had installed our system. We don’t have natural gas in our neighborhood so we went with propane. All new to us and Francisco just made it easy to understand. We had many questions and he was able to answer our concerns away. I met their delivery driver and he was awesome as well. Great people with a great great company.

We experienced 7 foot storm surge in our four 120 gallon. LP tanks were on their side and unable to be filled. He was amazing and helped lift one tank upright so it could be filled and we could have gas for our generator. He went way above and beyond

We’ve used Propane Ninja for our gas needs for over 5 years now. The whole team has been great in helping us resolve a tankless water heater issue that they had to make 4 trips to our home, replacing almost the entire water heater piece by piece and trouble shooting it over and over as per the manufacturers instructions. They were great to deal with and went above and beyond to help fix our dilemma. Very happy, especially with Julian the service manager, he’s a good human.

They keep trying to come out to our house even though we have closed our account. We live in a gated neighborhood, and we have been able to reject them at the gate several times. But, today, I got notification of motion in my driveway from a camera, and the guy was out there snooping around at my tank. They must have used someone else's name at the gate to gain access to our home and trespassed. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to come out to our house. We had them fill our tank ONCE, and now they're like gum stuck to a shoe. They just won't leave us alone.

Amazing experience! With so many of us without power, they connected their generator to ensure the community had propane for their generators! Great customer service, highly organized with the flow of traffic to keep us all moving quickly! Even on a Sunday, they were open to help us all out! Thanks again! Highly recommend them!
