WayBasics fulfillment can't read orders: I ordered 2 Homer Litter Box Enclosures in WHITE, received them in NATURAL. They won't answer on the "customer care" line, they don't respond to email. Luckily my credit card can dispute the charge and reverse it so they get no money and I'm not liable, and they've been given a dispute through their PayPal merchant account too. If they shape up, I'll change the review... Maybe.

I own a small business and I hired Promofill to do my pick-and-pack shipping. In addition to losing my products and shipping products from other companies to me, they sent out incorrect items to my customers on numerous occasions for which I was financially responsible to correct. Buyer beware, I wish I would have seen any reviews online beforehand...I never would have started with them. Horrible Experience!

Ordered an item through one of the vendors they fulfill for literally three weeks item is in stock no tracking numbers buyer beware if you buy through mattress firm or trak racer your pretty much screwed to wait for these people to stick a sticker on a box and push it out the door.
