I needed help with ordering online. I called and spoke with Carol. She was able to answer my questions and even helped me through check-out process. As soon as we ended the call, I realized I had the order shipping to me instead of my friend that needed the items. I called back, Carol answered and quickly corrected the shipping address. The products were reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent. ADDENDUM: I ordered 3 of the same item; after 4-1/2 hours I received an email stating, "Order #----- was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded." It was a bit disappointing. However, if I need help with another order, I hope Carol answers my call.

I have been calling, leaving messages and now writing a review!! I have purchased 4 boxes of magic bags to make my 1500 mile journey easier, however it has and is anything but a nightmare.
i followed the instructions, spent a ridiculous amount of money only to find that out of 24 bags (6 in each box) 1 bag ....yes 1 Bag worked🤨 The remaining 23 either ripped, didnt seal, or even tore before closing the bag!!!
I've been trying to get SOMEONE to not only reimburse or send new but a phone call at this point would be the PROFESSIONAL thing to do
BEWARE of purchasing as you cant get customer service and you not only waste your precious time but then you have to wash and dry clean EVERYTHING that fell out!!!

The ones that work are great!
This is a fantastic idea. My closet was stuffed and I could barely take anything out or put anything else in. I took out all the seasonal items and bought several different sizes of Magic Bag and went to work. I've had to return one box already and am having the same problem with the second box. There seems to be a quality control issue with the vent (the hole where you apply the vacuum) that allows some of the bags to leak and expand back to normal size. They're not cheap so I don't want to just throw them away but what should I do with the ones that don't work?
