First time and an security lady had a bad attitude. No greet or anything but seems she always has an attitude with drivers, making faces and expecting the drivers to know what they need to do. The way she talks to the driver makes it seem like she thinks she's better then us. If she doesn't like her job, leave it. No complaints with the other workers super nice they greet you and they try and make the process easy.

Arrived for a drop and hook. Gave the security guard my bills and she disappeared. I finally see her and I ask where my bills were. She replied “you have to wait to be checked in”. I responded ok… but “ Where are my bills?”. She replied “ you have to wait to be checked in”. But ma’am.. I’ve been here over an hour and a half. Sir “you have to wait to be checked in”…… so I wait.. Ma’am, have a nice day. Sir! “ you need to wait to be checked in”. Hmmmm… sound’s scripted. Drivers, do yourself a favor.. stay away from this place. Waiting for Williy Wonka to appear from behind a door it feels like.

First time here, was third in line and quickly figured out that the “system” they have in place is for security (and everyone who is “doing the paperwork?”) to do the least amount of work as possible. I have literally been in line for over an hour, but security went to each truck (when I got to the front of the line) behind me to “check in” each of us. Now, we’re all still waiting in line with nothing to do and no where to go for a drop and hook. Seriously, P&G, if you care at all about people, get it together. Come up with a better system for drivers. We are human, have needs like all of those workers in the warehouse or security driving around with a truck. Treat drivers with some modicum of humanity. Once you know better, do better. Shame on you, #proctorandgamble.

Worst place for a pick up.. they told me wait inside my truck and the security guard will come to you and the security guard never show up I call them and they hang up on me.. stay away from this place you guys I’m telling you

P&G needs a new security company, Denali sucks. Last time I was here they stopped working because it was raining. This time they said they were on break. Came back to work smelling like weed though. It’s not my business until it affects me.

Zero respect for drivers time. No check in office. Check in and check out conducted by Denali Security, whenever they feel like coming out of the building. 20-30 minutes PER TRUCK just to check in. Turned my 10 minute drop and hook into more than an hour wasted. Will refuse any pickups from here ever again.

I've only been here one time so I can't say if my experience is typical or not.
Anyhoo, I arrived in the early evening for a drop and hook. I couldn't see any Security personnel, they were inside because of the freezing cold. So I phoned the number on the board and a pleasant girl came to see me in less than 2 minutes. I gave my P/U # and she disappeared then returned with my ppwk. I received good clear instructions regarding my drop/hook and I was on the road in less than 45 mins.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I wouldn't have a problem coming back again.
