I have been here many times before. The process is very structured and organized. The dissatisfaction continues with most of but certainly not all of the attendants during the check-in . They are rude. Some assume that the drivers are aware of the process. When drivers don't comprehend, they get upset. I understand it can be overwhelming when hundreds of trucks are checking in, it is hot, and you just wanna take a break, but customer service should overide internal chaos.

Procter & Gamble Customer Feedback. I bought the new Febreze double package scents and plug to try out. The tops on the scent bottles are too close together and extremely difficult to open. I can't purchase these again. Great idea though. Fix the tops.

Reasonably well organized. Cannot check in early, turned me away. When returned took 3 hours to live load. No overnight parking but there is a Flying J about a mile away. Products have strong smell so needed to air out trailer before next load.

I was a little late due to truck issue last night. But I have to say, from the guard shack to getting paperwork, everyone here was as friendly as can be. I was unloaded within 30 min of dropping my trailer and parking in bobtail area. Great place to do business with.

This location is easy to get in and out of the yard. The yarddogs are so fast and helpful if you need help connecting to a trailer. One of the best sites to drop and hook.

The security guards and staff that work in the gate office are a bunch of degenerates, they have no regard or respect for truck drivers. They are rude, lake proper customer service and should be removed from that post. I have had several run ins with these people both day and night shift, if they are unhappy with their jobs they should find another and not be disrespectful to truck drivers out here who are moving the products that help them get paid. This is the worst facility you can go to as a truck driver!!!

Trying to do a drop and hook at this location is like trying to do your own dental work. The staff are rude, inconsistent, and have no clue how policy actually works. This is by far, the worst place to ever go as a trucker.
