I bought an Xbox from a place on Fb marketplace. They 2 day shipped through this service. The day it was suppose to arrive it still wasn’t here and their tracking doesn’t tell you where it’s at just that’s it’s on the way so I contacted them to at least see where it was. Some guy answers took the tracking number and says he’ll get back to me. I get this text a few mins later.

So they want me, as the buyer, and the one who didn’t use them to ship the package, to send them $500 for insurance on the package and says it won’t be delivered until I send it.

What an absolute disgrace of a company I’ve never heard of the buyer paying $500 insurance on a package for it to be delivered, especially after it was already suppose to be delivered. And I never would’ve known if I hadn’t contacted them. Don’t use this service. Waste of time
