Came for a pick up at 8am my appointment was at 11am took me in before and out of there by 10am you pull up check in on your phone you scan a QR code and they tell you to park in the back you will get a text with your door number

I don't know about others, but I had an amazing experience from the gate, to the dock, to the shipping office and the gate again. Slept on the street. Lots of room for overnight parking there.

I don’t know the young lady name but she was rude and not a person who can respect with good manners I asked her name but no one gives me so I can mention here ,the guy who’s was at the security check point tell me she’s not working here she is working inside with different management so I think she was just here for making fun of drivers

Let me say that, I've come across so many places that are far from perfect and there is usually one thing or one person that could destroy a good review. I just left my third visit to prism logistics in Stockton on runway drive and the last two visits were very nice, the forklift drivers were great, the girls in the office were great, experience overall was great, the normal working security lady was great, everybody was great but today I want to give a special shout out to the security checkpoint employee by the name of Nancy. Nancy, you made my day today even with less than super happy news but just the empathy and the joy and everything in your voice, I could tell you're a beautiful soul, You're a beautiful person, You're beautiful woman You have a great heart, super friendly obviously care about people and care not just about the company you work for but everybody involved including the visitors. Life can just be as simple as the tiniest thing to make someones day, just as easy as saying something mean to somebody can ruin somebody's day and I feel like my day, February 22nd of 2024 was literally just made about as happy as I could be without hitting the lottery because of you so thank you prism logistics everybody there that I've come across and especially today thank you Nancy You are one in a
Billion and they are lucky to have you.

Very nice people, it’s ok to show up hours before you appointment. Fast loading probably take less than one hour to load you.🙏

They were quick about loading I'll say about 20-30min but heavy "44k" but upper managenment need to replace office girls. Need people to work and not talk about how or where they got tattoed or how they are in probation and they are screw or even talk about the guys they met in social media turn-off intercom so none of us could hear what he ladies are gossiping. This industry has to change asap. Also security guards if you hate your job then just leave giving you load info is like talking to the wall.

came here a few hours ago and everything went smoothly, no problems at all. The girl with long ponytail is very polite, friendly and knows how to do her job. hopefully this company treats her right because she is very good at this. i wish there was more guards like her everywhere else because guards like her are the backbone of the company and deal with so much bs. Alah bless her
