I have been dropping off packages atleast twice a week for the last 6 weeks. I have never once been spoken to rudely nor have i had a bad experience. Furthermore on one of my many visits i happened to drop $23. When i returned and asked if i happened to drop some money in there he promptly gave me the money after verifying how much it was😁. He was very honest and nowadays sometimes that is hard to find. Have a great day and remember we are all human and not perfect so be kind.

Maybe a good place. I doubt it. Drove all the way out there cause google said the business was open. Farther from the truth. Sat there for 30 minutes hoping I was just early and the times of business had changed. After the start of the hour I called and no answer and no answer machine. Better off going down 2 minutes of driving and to the Newport cvs to drop off.

I don’t know what everyone’s problem is that keep saying this man is rude. I’ve been in this store twice and he could not help me after trying to find a box I needed. I didn’t get mad at him because I showed up with no box. The third time I came back it was a success and he shipped my box but was never rude and people nowadays are the impatient rude ones. I hope you all have enough good karma to make up for your meanness and impatience you have for a man trying to run a business alone. Entitled people need to try helping themselves and if they did they would probably get upset at themselves too. Why? Because they do not know what kindness is. Chill out people. It’s not a crisis!

I own a mobile notary service and this place is the best to be able to get packages out on time, without having to drive to an official ups or fedex store. The owner is a nice man and is very helpful. I really like that it’s a cash only business as well!

Stood in line with absolutely no acknowledgment for a good 15 minutes, then before I even ask if I can drop off my packages he starts shaking his head no. "We can't do scan codes" u have to go to the UPS store its in morristown. Okay well maybe next time you should post on the door its drop off not PACK & SHIP (which includes printing dang labels) 🤦🏻‍♀️

The owner (I think) is just plain rude! Lunch time varies on his every day whim so I spent a week just trying to get in there to ship. The place is cluttered and you can barely walk through. I wouldn't purchase anything from this man...and unfortunately it's the only UPS in town. I will drive to Morristown in the future.

Disregard the bad reviews, probably just grumpy people. I have been in this store at least 20 times and the guy is super friendly, helpful and fast. Considering I'm foreign, I was always treated very well. Maybe the people leaving bad reviews have to work on their attitude and politeness!
