Hit or miss, fast & easy check in…stop @STOP sign check in! Than go around building to dock or wait for dock…2-3hrs. If you showed up on time for appointment

Used to be a good place to unload upon arrival but now theres a mean lady who make you wait until appointment time. Definitely not worth it for team drivers that have 2 day transit.

Horrible customer service by the che k in female. over 15hr wait times to get unloaded or loaded, poor driver treatment. They only have mexican workers that can't speak English. ICE NEEDS TO COME HERE AND CHANGE THINGS..... in 10yrs of driving truck I have never seen a warehouse that had absolutely no movement for almost 2hrs and there only be 1 tractor trailer on a dock with 25 dock doors 6 parked fork lifts and one inside or outside doing no work. I'm contacting the better business bureau.

This place is a waiting game be ready to wait all day usually you could do 3-4 trips a week as a driver but the pick up place with these companies and delivery place you'll be lucky to do 2 trips a week. A lot of waiting need more unloaders need more docks open. Good people and nice clean facility but too long of a wait.

Honestly, delivering here it was not such a bad experience. It took a little bit longer to check in, and then you have to wait for the forklift guy to come and unload your truck. Unloading is fast. bathroom is a little bit dirty

Came here at 7:30pm for 9pm appointment it's 11:22pm only bathroom for truck drivers is out of service . No idea when they will unload ladies in shipping and receiving as disrespectful as they come so avoid this place.
