Access is US 287 Exit for FM1183/Oak Grove Rd. On North side of US 287, 2nd Bldg on right. Tight right turn into location and tight entrance gate. I didn't use right turn lane into location, just use North bound lane. Right now there's construction on US 287 and Oak Grove Rd. You'll be using a frontage as US 287 detour. Oak Grove Rd is also using North bound lanes as a two way since south bound lanes are closed for construction so hope nobody is coming south on the two way because you will go over their lane. Has 4 docks and 15 designated parking spaces along building although 15 trucks might not fit there. Plenty of space to dock. Restroom available in S&R area. Docked right away because I was the only one here. Got unloaded in 30min.

Horrible costumer service, the delivery drivers are extremely disrespectful and lazy when it comes to doing their job in the stores. The driver in rockwall is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever delt with.
