Currently being told they lost my package. All they say is "I'm sorry". How are you still in business? Giving them today to resolve this issue. I've NEVER had an issue where someone simply loses an item I paid for. We'll see how this goes.

The worst freight company ever!! I order a filing cabinet from Sam's and they pick this incompetent company to ship it to me. On Thursday 6/22 they have it and need me or someone home to receive it but they never show up. I call them and I'm told it's coming Friday, doesn't show up. Get a call on Saturday, still no cabinet, they can't find it. I call on Monday and they tell me they have lost it. I was told a supervisor would contact me but he never did. We try asking for a supervisor Monday afternoon and was told he is busy. Bottom line I was told to reorder and it is now Thursday 6/29 and I still have NOTHING!!!!!! all because they lost it. HOW DO YOU LOSE A FREAKING FILE CABINET? you don't even deserve 1 star but I have too in order to post your incompetence.
