Prep FBA has always been professional and responsive. I usually prefer to communicate by email, and they are pretty quick to respond. They sent out my shipment to Amazon as soon as they received it. Their rates are cheaper than the competition that I saw. The only thing I think they could improve is accept to be the Ultimate Consignee for international importers. That would really make it easier for their international customers to ship to them. But other than that I was completely satisfied with their service and I do recommend them.

Excellent company. We are a Europe based business. When we had an emergency and had a half container of goods stranded in California Alfie helped out. That did not only solve our problem, but also gave us an excellent business partner helping where Amazon is not flexible enough. Great choice if you do not want to store directly in Amazon's warehouses and need a flexible partner offering a lot of services around shipping, storage and packing.

Probably the worse FBA prep service I have encounter. They can't find your stuff, and if they can't they like to lay blame on the truckers.

Like to hold your inventory as ransom, basically will not do any work unless you pay invoice right on time, but the funny thing is that their services/timelessness of their work is anything but.

STAY CLEAR!

1, Lost 30+ cartons of our goods and took zero responsibility and denied all accountability.

2, Took over a month to ship stock out that had a very negative affect on our business. The 48 hour turn around on their website is lie.

3, There's no stock records of goods in so if things are lost in transit you won't know if they were actually lost in transit, were ever sent or lost at their warehouse.

4, They don't consolidate pallets so you'll be paying $50 per pallet for all your pallets that were ever shipped in, even if they have a couple of cartons on them they still charge $50 per pallet.

5, Hidden fees of $0.50 per carton for all cartons over 18 inches long, which pretty much all cartons are this long or longer, and there's no mention of this fee on their website.

They are holding our goods to ransom to pay there hidden fees, a complete scam.

Generally a very bad, frustrating and costly experience over the last 8 months trying to get our goods out of there.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Stay away at all costs. They are completely useless, losing 1000's of our stock and taking over a month to ship our gods to Amazon costing us 10's of thousands in in lost revenue. They have no checking in system so the don't know what has arrived and deny all responsibility for everything. The 5 star reviews they have must have been friends or brought, as there's no way this company is worthy of a anything close to 5 stars.
